RESPONSIBILTIES
1. Manage as executive manager the day to day operations of the companies bio security division
2. The divisions include: a. Rustenburg broiler / breeders and
b. Breeders northern region ie: Midrand, Bronkhorstspruit
c. Financial budget and cost management in respective cost centres
DYNAMICS
1. Giving meaning to dynamic energy and the definition of assertiveness.
2. Be emotional mature and balanced in personality and leadership skills.
3. Through developed and refined life skills enhance / accelerate / sustain a progressive company culture.
EXPERIENCE
1. In similar position in the cleaning industry
2. Exposed to poultry or agricultural sector
3. Stable work record
4. Be fluent in a vernacular language
5. Hold a statutory qualification as pest control technician
6. Tertiary qualifications will be a distinct advantage
7. Computer Literacy a non negotiable
