Implement the appropriate diversity and culture change interventions across the organisation to drive business results through culture alignment
KEY DIALS
1. Develop and drive the achievement of the Employment Equity Targets across the group
2. Identify interventions that will drive cultural alignment
3. Drive employee engagement in line with the business strategy
4. Develop culture assessment tools and ensure execution through the business partner
5. Enable stakeholder engagement relating to diversity and culture alignment
